As a child I drank a glass of milk with every meal. And I always had a big glass of milk with cookies or cake. It just went well together! And my children were raised to do the same and milk is still part of their daily diet.
It has been within the past years that the choices are endless. There is cow’s milk, almond milk, soy milk, coconut milk, and cashew milk. And can’t forget lactaid, plain, chocolate, and vanilla flavored. I don’t know about you, but it’s confusing. What’s healthier for you?
